Between the practical sessions, you’ll enjoy freshly brewed coffee and canapés, followed by a charcuterie tasting lunch paired with English wine or a soft drink. A guided tour of the factory completes the experience, offering a behind-the-scenes look at how the experts ferment and dry their meats to perfection.

After the class, your salami or chorizo will remain at the factory to mature under controlled conditions. Once perfectly air-dried, it will be posted to your home, ready to enjoy.
