The Experience
When you arrive at the airfield, you will check in with the crew before sitting through a brief safety session. This goes over the flight layout, how the headsets work, and basic board procedures so you know what is happening before you walk out onto the tarmac.
Once the helicopter is prepped, you will head out to the pad, meet the pilot and get strapped in. You put your headset on, the blades get up to speed and you lift off toward London. As the aircraft gets up to height, the pilot sets a track along the river and uses the headset to point out key structures below.
While you move past the city, you get a clear look through the side windows at places like Tower Bridge, St Paul's Cathedral, and the Houses of Parliament. The pilot turns the helicopter along the route so everyone on board gets a good angle for photos. It gives you a clear sense of how the whole city fits together from a couple of thousand feet up.
After finishing the loop, the pilot brings the aircraft back down to the airfield. You hop out, hand your headset back to the team and head back through the main building.

Maximum Passenger Weight is 18 Stone (114 kg).Please contact us if you are over 15 Stone (102 Kg). Minimum Passenger Age is 6 Years (Under 12's must be accompanied on the flight by an adult)

The Instructor, as Captain of the aircraft can, at his/her discretion may refuse any person on board the aircraft if he suspects them to have consumed alcohol or drugs within the previous 24 hours.
