Enjoy a private dolphin experience for two in Portugal.
This Swim with Dolphins in Portugal – Private Session for Two is held at Zoo Marine and gives you the chance to meet dolphins in a safe and private setting.
Your visit begins with an educational introduction led by a trainer. You’ll learn about dolphin communication and behaviour, with time for questions. Once prepared, you’ll move into the dolphin lagoon for your private in-water session. You and your guest will enjoy one-to-one interaction with the dolphins, with guidance from a professional trainer throughout.
The session lasts around 90 minutes. This includes the educational briefing and the in-water interaction, as well as time to change clothes before and after. The setting is calm and private, allowing you to focus on enjoying the encounter.
To make the day even more memorable, a video and a photo album of your session are included. Your package also provides entry to Zoo Marine for both participants, so you can explore the park during your visit.

Vital Information
Participants must be 8 years or older. Children may only take part if accompanied by another participant aged 16 or older.
All participants must know how to swim and be in good physical condition.
For safety reasons, the following people cannot participate:
- Pregnant women
- People with significant physical or mental disabilities that may prevent understanding instructions or performing the activities
- People with skin disorders
- People under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- People with hydrophobia
- People with any other condition that could compromise their safety or the dolphins’ well-being

Numbers
This experience is for two people. Extra participants can join the session paying an addicional ticket. Please talk with our support team for more information.
Spectators
The visitor who has already purchased the ticket to the Theme Park, can buy indoors the Accompanying Spectator ticket by single price of €2.00 (sold only inside the park).
Children under 1,00 meter of height may attend for free as spectators accompanying the participant.
The spectators will watch from a location adjacent to the pool where the session takes place.
Spectators will not have access to the dolphins.
What To Wear
Wear a wetsuit or neoprene vest (provided by Zoomarine), underneath the wetsuit, one should wear bathing suit (use of a t-shirt is optional.
Availability
From Mars to November. The park may be closed in some specific days for maintenance.

The Weather
If the experience cannot take place due to technical, zoological, weather-related, or other reasons, Zoomarine reserves the right to postpone or reschedule the session to another date.
If the participants are unable to take part in the experience on the new date/time, they may request a refund of the program value, subject to evaluation by Zoomarine.
